She needs a dentist: Insurance or not, pills will not fix her rotten tooth. It probably needs to be drained, possibly extracted. Together with proper care and antibiotics she will be fine. Please do not delay, the infection will spread and can be life threatening.

You're kidding: Anything strong enough to help is also strong enough to harm. Trying to self treat this presumed problem can delay definitive treatment and possibly lead to permanent complications that could have been avoided with proper attention.Don't ask us to participate in doing something that may result in harm.
