I'm not sure how: you know it's still there if you can't see it. If it's itchy, bumpy, hard, painful or sensitive to the touch, then please let us know. Also, let us know the time frame during which this has recurred, We still might not be able to predict if it will recur, but this info. will help. Dr. Anne.

Had itchy rashes at 12, little red spots formed on my legs and it gets redder when I shower in warm water or get outside. I assume it's due to warm weather. It's been 10 years and the spots aren't itchy anymore but still there. Can a derm solve this?
