Welcome to the world: Everybody has less scalp hair at age 28 compared to age 18. Men thin more than women. Some men thin more than others. Why are you afraid to go to a barber???? If it is a source of anxiety, SEE A DERMATOLOGIST. If you have routine androgenetic hair loss, there are treatments. If you have something else, there will be different treatments.
