Tell us what shampoo: or personal hair care products you are using? It may be causing a form of 'cradle cap' phenomena leaving a film on your scalp from the product itself. It will be probably something simple to solve once you're seen in person by your doctor. Have your PCP look at it in person, so they can do an exam and tell you what they see.
