Maybe carafate (sucralfate): Doubt this is clear. Consider eliminating this and see if the color changes or then trade and eliminate Prevacid (lansoprazole). You may need to see the gastroenterologist

About 2 weeks ago had a flare-up of Acid Reflux and my doctor gave me Carafate 4x day and I have noticed my stool is a very dark brown after starting Carafate. Is this normal? Very happy w/results Carafate along with my Prevacid has cleared it up!
