Unhealthy option!: Eating disorders are serious emotional disorders that can lead to major physical consequences. Many women desperate to lose weight turn to purging (vomiting after eating) or using laxatives. Laxatives induce more rapid bowel movements that causes one to lose fluids and hence show weight loss. But this can lead to serious medical problems. See a psychologist using CBT for help. Good luck!

Timing: To benefit from what you eat the digesting material must remain in your body long enough to be absorbed. Laxatives can push things trough faster. It is actually not an effective method, most just barf it out after eating. The laxitives just make them feel like they are doing something because dumping their poo drops a little weight. That material is already void of nutrients.Deadly practice.
