Park farther from your destination.Check out YouTube & other sites (like thetumblrgym.com/workout), churches & the Y for exercise classes with little or no cost. Jump rope, weights,exercise balls are cheap. Don't join a gym if you won't use it, but if you will then look for membership deals when joining with a friend or family member. (Ref. aarp.com/bulletin)
