Maybe: Only you and your partner can determine when is the best time to concieve. Ideally, you should be up to date on your health screening (pap smear, immunizations), you should be taking a prenatal vitamin and i recommend preconceptional counseling visit with your ob/gyn prior to conception.

Regular sex: Having regular intercourse without contraception especially during your most fertile time around mid-cycle. Having it too frequently however can deplete his sperm count. Don't stress over it. Enjoy being with your partner. Good luck.
