Should be concerned: This is probably your AST / SGOT and / or ALT / SGPT. If they're up, it's most likely your weight problem / lack of exercise which in genetically-predisposed people will do this. We need to rule out alcohol, meds, hepatitis B and C, hemochromatosis, Wilson's, and a few other treatable things that will kill you if missed. Best wishes.
