What is different between carcinoma n sarcoma

Cell of origin: Carcinomas are cancers that arise from epithelial cells. Sarcomas are cancers that arise from muscle or connective tissue / bone. Gliomas, malignant melanomas, leukemias-lymphomas and a few other common cancers fall in neither category.
