I was on depo for three years i recently stopped and am hoping to get pregnant. i have no idea when to test and am becoming neurotic. any suggestions?

Normal cycles won't: resume until at least 90 days after the last Depo shot. When your natural cycle resumes, your pre-existing fertility should also return. So, no need to test b4 90 days after the last Depo. shot. After that, test every 4 weeks until period resumes, then test if the next period is late. Hope this helps. Dr. Anne.
