When i lay on my right side, get three beat runs of svt/pauses? why?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It's unlikely that: that lying on your side is CAUSING these short runs of SVT. It's more likely that you're more AWARE of them when you're lying quietly on your side. However, caffeine, oral decongestants and untreated anxiety CAN trigger SVT. If they interfere with sleep, distractions such as white noise or a fan may help. Keep any scheduled follow up visits with your doctor. Best wishes. Dr. Anne.
