Overheating pregnancy im 6wks. 85 degrees was sitting 1/2 in shade -back was in sun. was 20 min some breeze.starting sweat under arms & feeling hot. got inside in air con. could i have overheated enough to cause birth defect? symptoms temp too high?

You listened to your body's message that you were getting warm and made a good choice to get cooler. Always drink enough fluids as well to keep urine light yellow. In the first trimester women get lightheaded easily as their body adjusts to the increase in blood volume needed to support the placenta.
