Concerning: Heat exhaustion can be serious and is caused by excessive sweating from being overheated. If you stop sweating when overheated very dangerous heat stroke can occur. Fainting during exertion may also be caused by abnormal heart rhythm or other Heart or blood pressure abnormalities. So,if these symptoms are a frequent occurrence, see a physician for evaluation and appropriate testing.
