Mgt: I would suggest serial blood counts, a bleeding time and PT/PTT as well as liver function testing. Does he have bleeding of his gums? A full physical examination including checking for swelling of his lymph nodes is indicated. During an in box consultation, his lab report may be uploaded. Are there any other symptoms?
