Yes and No!: The so called Stomach Flu usually means having fever, aches and body pains, nausea, vomiting and often with abdominal/stomach pain. But this is not a well defined disease entity and can be a misinterpretation of something more serious. So if it does not settle down in 24-48 hours, you should have a medical check up to be sure you do not have something more serious.
