Ear pain: With earpiece or pressing phone against ear? This could be a sign of external ear infection or even middle ear. Do you have any discharge from the ear? Hearing issues? An exam of the ear is quick and should help sort this out! Try using speaker phone for a while however, and avoid swimming or submersing ear under water.
