Using cell phone and i get severe ear pain, headeaches, vision issues. can you share why this is happening?

Issues in your neck: I'd be concerned about a vascular lesion in the vessels supplying your head, as you bend your neck to use the cell phone. Or some other structural defect may be the cause -- a colleague discovered he has arnold-chiari becuase of disturbances like yours while playing french horn in a marching band. I'm a new cell phone owner and have found it uncomfortable.
