Time, not vitamin: If you had an eye infection and the eyelids were swollen, it can take time for the swelling to resolve. In some people the swelling is there for a long time, and gravity can make the fluid settle in pockets beneath the eyes. Cool compresses and keeping the head elevated some while sleeping can speed recovery. If the infection is not fully treated, chronic inflammation can make the swelling go on.

In short, no.: Ocuvite consists of vitamins that have been shown in research to delay progression of a subtype of dry age-related macular degeneration. While taking these vitamins are not likely to harm your eyes, they will probably not resolve the puffiness under your eyes.
