Depends: If you are in good health, with no back or other musculoskeletal problems, and if you can easily lift 25 pound boxes, have good balance and walk carefully, then you should be fine. Take your time and watch your step.

Yes: As long as you do not hurt your back it should be fine. Actually great core exercise
