Possibly: acid reflux symptoms can be diet-related tending to increase with certain foods,ie fried foods, chocolate, caffeine, and spicy foods. lying down right after eating could also make symptoms worse. keeping a diary of what foods you are eating in relation to your symptoms as well as a timeline of symptom onset after a meal may help. weight loss may also help reduce symptoms.
