How long should severe abdominal cramps from taking a z pack last? i finished the 5 day course of medicine over a week ago and am suffering.

Cramps: If you finished the pack a week ago, I would expect any side effects from the medication to have resolved. Z pack is a macrolide like erythromycin. The stomAch effects are direct, so your symptoms should go away as serum levels disappear. If your cramps are worsening I would think something else going on.
