Right heel xray (axial/lateral): lower end of tibia & fibula otherwise are normal but there is bony projection from posterior part of tibia pl explain?

Tibia or talus?: Is this projection off the tibia or the talus? You could have an os trigonum. Can be pain free and cause no problem or sometimes cause posterior ankle pain.
