Diagnosed typhoid month ago & treated but now after almost a month passed. now having 99f-100f since 3 days but everything else seems normal?

2 different issues:: 1. Thyphoid (study: https://www.google.com/#q=typhoid) implies infection with Salmonella typhi (difficult to diagnose accurately, thus commonly a guess) & 2. Fever refers to a human response (controlled from brain stem) to ↑ body temperature; part of helping White Blood Cells of the immune system, body wide, be more active (on whatever basis, for whatever purpose, good/bad), thus= a clinical sign.
