Probable nevi: of course it is impossible to know what they are without actually seeing them, the most common round, flat, brown spots on the skin are nevi (moles). Do you have similar spots elsewhere on the body? If no, then you should probably show them to your Dr next time you have a visit. Also be familiar with the ABCDs of melanoma (you can google it) so you know what is safe and what is not!
