Less protection: Since the primary purpose of using Nexplanon or oral contraceptive pills is to reduce the risks of pregnancy, "switching from Nexplanon" which is highly effective (98% +) to "Pills" which are much less effective will increase your risks of getting pregnant while providing you perhaps a more regular pattern of menstrual cycles.
