Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Time will tell: If you are lucky enough to make it through her next menstrual cycle, you will have learned to use extra protection to decrease the chance of pregnancy. If her next period is more than 10 days late, you need to check a urine pregnancy test to find out if she's pregnant. Just because she takes the pill is not a guarantee to prevent pregnancy, but most are 95% or more effective
