Tylenol (acetaminophen)...save it: Fioricet has Tylenol (acetaminophen) (and 2 other ingredients, butalbital and caffeine) in it, so the Tylenol (acetaminophen) may help your back. Save the Fioricet and just take Tylenol (acetaminophen). Brains get used to fioricet if it's used frequently and then headaches often get worse.
