Need more history: If you are feeling healthy, then this may be normal, BUT very thin menstrual fluid could either be due to heavy flow or anemia, which thins the blood. Fresh blood smells different than brownish menstrual fluid, which is from older sloughed cells. Also, a sweet smell is often associated with ketones which are elevated in starving, ketotic diet, or diabetes. See MD if more thirsty or tired.
