Uterine Contractions: When your baby bump gets hard and painful, you may be having contractions. If these are frequent you need to go to the hospital and get checked out. Maybe, labor: Those may be early contractions (Braxton-Hicks) or the beginnings of actual labor. Please contact your treating OB MD for management of this problem.
