Pregnancy test?: It's unusual to have large belly after six months of C-section unless you are pregnant again. Get tested for pregnancy.

Rectus diastasis?: You may have a rectus diastasis, or separation of the abdominal muscles. If this is the case, it requires surgical correction, and this can be done at the same time as an abdominoplasty. Best to see your plastic surgeon for more information.
