Not an STD: No STD can start to cause symptoms immediately; it takes at least a day or two, usually longer. Immediate redness could be due to physical irritation. A wart is impossible; if you have a wart, it isn't from this event; genital warts don't appear sooner than 1-2 months after exposure. See a doctor if your symptoms continue or you otherwise remain concerned.
