Needs evaluation! : We need to get this investigated by her pediatrician.. she will start with a thorough history and physical exam, including family and social history! It could be anything from anxiety regarding a recent family change to juvenille arthritis! Recent divorce or stressors? A hot tender swollen joint? Fevers? Trauma?
