Please see below.: There are several possible causes for this, ranging from vitiligo, fungal infection, pityriasis, eczema, to post-inflammatory loss of pigment. Please have her doctor take a look to diagnose and manage it.

What color: What is the color of spots, are they light, darker, redder, dry scaly? Are you using any steroid cream for any purpose? Is there any itching or other symptoms. Some times mongolian spots can become conspicuous as more pigment develops.They are benign dark bluish pigmented patches.
