Not clear: A CBC does not show "sepsis in bowel". If you had sepsis when the toxic granulation was picked up, that's to be expected, and I'm pleased that you have recovered. Perhaps there is a misunderstanding. And from time to time, "toxic granulation" can be an over-read by the technician or pathologist.
