Right handed?: When I encounter this with my patients, many times it is because the hand on that side of the body is around that side of face. Touching it, resting the head with that part of their face in the hand. Try paying attention to how often your right hand is around the right side of your face. Continue your appropriate acne treatment with acne facial wash, benzoyl peroxide cream twice a day
