Uncertain: as to your question. Your condition is not "cold realted" if you are referring to the environmental temperature. Surgical excision of the involved pulmonary segment is the only "cure",however medical treatment (antibiotics, respiratory therapy) is usually sufficient! Hope this helps Dr Z
