Low carb diet: Yes, you can loose weight on a low carb diet. We all need carbs so do not eliminate them completely. Your body will go into ketosis and burn fat for fuel rather than sugar so good fat in your diet is good, e.g., coconut oil and olive oil. Please check w/your doc first, especially if you are diabetic. Peace and good health. Cravings will stop w/in a week for the most part.
