Sebaceous cyst: What you described is consistent with a sebaceous cyst. These are harmless. If it becomes bigger, you could have it removed. Do not squeeze it, because that may cause the cyst to rupture and induce inflammation. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Cyst? Pimple?: My guess is that you have a sebaceous cyst which may have become infected. Such cysts are very common, anywhere on the body; occurrence on the penis doesn't mean anything special. Stop squeezing it, which can spread infection and delay healing. See a doctor to check it out.
