Unlikely: Like many viral illnesses this rash pattern is thought to represent the final stages of what may have been an asymptomatic viral infection. It is not thought to be contagious,even with close family contact. Some who get the same virus may never have the rash.I'd ignore it as much as you can. The occasional itching and cosmetic appearance are the biggest problem for most.
