Evaluation: I would suggest a clinical breast examination and probably imaging studies. There are a number of non-pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical management. Tiredness and sore breasts may suggest hormone issues. But the possibilities are too many. I suggest a medical visit. However, the filshie clip is probably innocent.
