See your physician: There are a number of possible causes for a lump in the suprasternal notch. It's not possible to give a precise diagnosis based on one sentence of information and no examination. The possible causes are numerous and range from benign fatty tumors(lipoma) to enlarged lymph nodes, cysts, and other conditions. See your physician for a proper examination. You may need an ultrasound of the mass.
