I feel like saying..: Soon. I feel like it because it might really help to say that. But I even more want to urge you to talk w/ the Dr and ask ALL about it. CBT therapy is the best way to help it work for you. Research is clear that w/o it you'll miss the best outcome. If you just started it, talk now! You be glad you did.
