Gyn eval: The Obgyn can do a complete exam and address your irregular periods. A gastroenterologist can address your chronic nausea. The PCP will need to continue to evaluate your fatigue

Hard to answer: There's description of a recent entity call pelvic venous congestion. This. May not be your issue but is something to discuss with your gynecologist.
