I have an ice pack burn from several weeks ago. it is very red and painful, what should i do?

Aftermath: direct skin cold temperature exposure can cause injuries to the skin but unusual to have the described symptoms 2 weeks later. Allergic reaction? contact dermatitis? chemical burn? I'm worried about an infection, cellulitis to be more precise. Without knowing more I suggest you have this looked at by a dr asap
