FEW DAYS IF NO BLIST: Burn caused by ice pack leaves a red mark which will disappear gradually in few days most of the time with or without treatment as long as there are no blisters or there has not been damage to the blood vessels or muscles underneath.Since you just have a red mark and no blisters and no deep tissue damage the redness may disappear in few days
