Shoulder/ breast pai: Would get a chest Xray, shoulder films and mammogram possible RUQ ultrasound . Could be nerve irritation, brachial plexus, thoracic outlet , AC joint irritation or i have seen masses in the lung from smokers cause shoulder /chest pain or could be breast mass. may also be gallbaldder or liver/ colon ( though that is rare) . Neuralgia?: Pain in the right shoulder blade radiating to the right breast is often due to a temporary neuralgia of the 4th thoracic nerve that leaves the spinal cord at the level of the shoulder blade. It's most likely due to a compression of the nerve("pinched nerve") from some activity or sleeping in an unusual position. NSAIDS may help, but if it persists see your Dr. for a precise diagnosis.
