Neuralgia?: Pain in the right shoulder blade radiating to the right breast is often due to a temporary neuralgia of the 4th thoracic nerve that leaves the spinal cord at the level of the shoulder blade. It's most likely due to a compression of the nerve("pinched nerve") from some activity or sleeping in an unusual position. NSAIDS may help, but if it persists see your Dr. for a precise diagnosis.
