Limited options: There are some anti inflammatory medications (disalcid (salsalate) or piroxicam are the safest options) that do not cross-react with aspirin or other NSAIDS but even those would need to be tested and challenged before it would be determined safe for you to take at home. You will need to see an allergist that performs medication challenges and/or medication desensitizations .

Acetaminophen: (Tylenol (acetaminophen) for example) is an over-the-counter pain reliever that isn't an NSAID. Heating pads or ice packs can ease muscle and joint pain. A heating pad may ease menstrual cramps and gas pain. If you have an injury to your leg, elevating it may ease the pain. Dr. Anne.
