See MD if repeated: many entities can cause - commonly constipation (mucous flow around blockage), but also others like infection, inflammation, gut food allergies, tumors. If this is recurrent, be sure to followup with ur doctor. Red flags requiring more urgent workup would be pain, blood, fever, weight loss, age>50, positive family history of colorectal cancer, and prior polyps/colon cancer. Avoid milk for now
