Not recommended: Cefazedone is active against gonorrhea, but no research has ever been published on its effecrtiveness. Amikacin is similar. Probably either of them would be effective if given in high enough dose or for long enough, but the doses aren't known and they are not recommended. Neither has any effect at all against chlamydia. Find a doctor or clinic where recommended treatments are understood and used.
